For the third time in the last five years, Neilcorp Homes was named a finalist for the 2012 Tarion Awards of Excellence in the Medium Volume Builder Category. This is the only distinction in Ontario that recognizes new home builders’ dedication to providing exemplary customer service.
Over 16% of consumers who bought homes in Ontario between October 1, 2010 and September 30, 2011 responded to Tarion’s comprehensive survey (in partnership with Harris Decima). Respondents were asked to evaluate their satisfaction with their builder, from the signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, through the construction and pre-delivery period, to after-sales services.

Knowing that there are over 18,000 medium volume home builders in Ontario, this is quite the feat,” said Robert Dick, Co-Owner of Neilcorp Homes.
The Category Winners will be publicly announced on Tuesday, April 17, 2012.
