PDI/Service Repair Technician

Overview/Description:

Our PDI/Service Technicians work with the Site Supervisor’s to help prepare homes for occupancy.  This position also works with our Service Co-Ordinator to resolve any warranty issues that arise, post-occupancy.  The ideal candidate should be able to communicate professionally with both supervisors, and homeowners, and handle a variety of tasks independently.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Repair PDI deficiencies
• Repair and resolve warranty issues
• Identify and communicate scope of work issues
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and construction team
• Communicate changes and progress to scope of work to Site Supervisor and/or Service Co-ordinator
• Deliver quality work on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain professional dress and attitude

Required Skills:

• Construction skills and experience which include, but are not limited to:
• Caulking, siding repair, drywall repair, trim replacement, and interior door adjustments or re-hanging
• Floor repairs including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and ceramic
• Painting
• Window and door hardware replacements or adjustments
• Demonstrate strong abilities in problem solving
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to take on new challenges
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Parttime Cleaner

Overview/Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform rough cleaning of newly constructed homes.
• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Remove construction debris and waste materials.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
